2013 RARITY BAY CLUB MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND MONTHLY DUES:
- Premier A (5 categories) - $30,000 deposit
- Full Golf - $25,000 deposit and $335 per month (has golf cart trail option)
- Sports Golf - $ 15,000 deposit and $195 per month
- Social - $5,000 deposit and $90 per month
- Premier B (5 categories) - $10,000 initiation fee
(Reduced monthly dues are available for non-resident inactive status. Invitational memberships are not permitted in the Club and as a result are recallable by the Club and cannot be transferred. Premier memberships have no inactive status; minimum is social.)
All four seasons, the Rarity Bay golf course has earned a name for itself as a gorgeous place to play on Lake Tellico. While some club members prefer to practice their swing at the driving range, others can play in tournaments adding competition to the day. Club members have an 18-hole championship golf course as their par-72 masterpiece. Club members also have convenient access at the Pro Shop for quick advice from a PGA golf professional. Rarity Bay can cook up a special golf tournament menu ranging from $4.95 to $17.95, from a hearty ham sandwich boxed lunch to a fancy Prime Rib buffet.

As a semi-private golf course, residents of Rarity Bay and folks living in the surrounding neighborhoods can become annual members of the Rarity Bay golf course. For twelve months, members can have access to unlimited golf, unlimited driving range practice and Club Dining benefits. Members also have payment options and are invited to all scheduled tournaments on the Rarity Bay golf course.
