"We have been here for over 2 years and are so happy that we decided to build in the gated community of Compass Pointe. The people are the friendliest group on the planet! Our pool and amenities are the best we have seen in visiting a dozen communities in and around Wilmington, NC. Our HOA fees are nominal. Our new golf course, which should be completed in 2015, promises to be one of the most exquisite courses in the area. The proximity to the south eastern NC beaches, and the shopping, restaurants, cultural attractions of Wilmington, keep us entertained and active! The climate is a perfect blend of the seasons with a very short winter and virtually no snow to speak of. We have the best quality of life here that one could hope for. Even my grown kids say that "Compass Pointe rocks!". "
