Sadly, with all good things comes bad too.
The Club is very focused on golf- everything else seems like a chore and some of the long term investments are not well thought out- the swimming pool is not heated and can only be used by families for a very brief summer months- its not maximized for member value in this very mild climate.
Landfall security is not very helpful in when you bring them serious matters to assist with- love to give out speeding tickets but will not secure the scene of a car accident until police arrive. The CoA committee members are not helpful in enforcing a safe environment and clearly do not have the leadership to enforce rules in their own guidelines.
The CoA BoD clearly want the vanity of the directorship but want nothing to do with making hard decisions.
I have lived here for over 6 years and always advise people people to look at other properties as I believe the environment here leaves alot to be desired. "
