"They have everything I was looking for when we planned our move to NC. The neighbors become your friends instantly, and everyone waves no matter if you know them personally or not. So far the developer has over delivered on finished amenities, and those still in the planning stage are constantly being amended and changed to meet the communities needs. The developer really listens to the residents most of the time. We looked into several communities in the area and this one showed the most promise and had all of the elements we were looking for."
