The Grand Lanai is the neighborhood's main amenity, a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a resort-style swimming pool and covered entertainment area overlooking their accent lakes. "There are clubs for everybody, can't imagine anyone not finding a fun place here. The activities and events are abundant... have to choose sometimes between competing events. The amenities are wonderful. The Grand Lanai is magnificent. Proximity to a vibrant Wilmington with so many activities and restaurants (not to mention the riverfront and the beach) is wonderful. However, in the end, it's the people. People are so friendly and giving. If there is a need, people surface in large numbers to help. The outpouring of love and support is incredible. And if that's not enough, everyone smiles and waves all the time... can't help, but feel good here."

"Wonderfully maintained community filled with wonderful people, clubs, amenities, and surprisingly low HOA fees. With indoor and outdoor pools, a Lazy River, and a fully equipped Wellness Center and Grand Lanair for surprisingly low HOA fees. Close to the beaches, many and varied local restaurants, shops, and cultural events."
