"We had come down to this area in 2009 and had several communities in mind. The deciding point was meeting current owners at weekend get-togethers. We met people who were so friendly and willing to answer all our concerns. We felt Compass Pointe was a place we could make new friends and fit in. We have accomplished that and more.
