"When we were looking for a home in a community after looking at several others right fromthe minute we pulled in I said to my husband we're home. Then when we met the people they were so friendly (always smiling and waving) I thought I was in a dream. While our house is being built we have made several trips back and forth we met several residence and neighbors and no it is not a dream people are so happy, friendly and enjoying the life compass pointe has provivded."

"This community is what I call a "family" community. People here help one another in times of need. In addition, it is the community that works together by establishing all of the various committees for residents to be a part of and to make Compass Pointe the great place it is. Residents also help and support various organizations and the surrounding county to make the whole area better for all people. The Developer Mr. Harrellson and Mr. Exum are just the most honest and caring developers that you will ever want to know, and to be a part their vision of Compass Pointe is an honor. The developers also support many of the fund raising events the community hosts and want Compass Pointe to be a place of Peace, Comfort, and enjoyable Lifestyle for their residents.
