"Everyone living at Compass Pointe is from some other part of the country so we all take great measures to welcome newcomers and to support each other through daily life. My wife and I have never experienced such a caring and loving group of neighbors who support us through thick or thin! Furthermore, residents typically wave to each other when passing when walking or driving a car within the community. One prospective new resident thought that this may have occurred because the people were hired by Central Casting. In reality this is so commonplace because we all genuinely like each other! Furthermore, there is a wide variety of clubs and sport activities available to meet whatever interests that residents have. The developer is revered by the residents and he continues to make significant investments in amenities, such as an indoor pool, lazy river, and a future clubhouse. He also acquired his own landscaping firm so that he can place more extensive landscaping materials in the common areas of the property. In sum, we are among the happiest residents in the United States because we enjoy a wonderful resort lifestyle while surrounded by loving neighbors who are our dearest friends!!!"
