Wild Dunes is known for world-class tennis and is on the list of U.S. Top 10 Tennis Resorts. Seventeen Har-Tru courts, a stadium court, an instructional facility, and a modern pro shop are more amenities at Wild Dunes Resort. After a heated tennis match, residents can mosey on over to the Sand and Sea Salon for a soothing massage and spa services or splash in the community swimming pool. The Wild Dunes Fitness Center is located in The Village Plaza. Enjoy yoga or team up with your own personal trainer to help you achieve your wellness goals. Residents at Wild Dunes Resort have six restaurants, ice cream shops, and a fresh market at the Village Plaza right inside their country club in Charleston SC.
Two golf courses hug the Intracoastal Waterway at Wild Dunes Resort; The Harbor Course and Links Course, both designed by Tom Fazio. At the Links Clubhouse, residents can analyze their golf swing, attend a golf clinic or buy the latest golf attire at the Pro Shop. Casual dining is offered at the Sand Bar at the Links Clubhouse. The HOA fees are reasonable starting at $748 per year making this oceanfront Low Country real estate development one of the most affordable South Carolina coastal communities.
Single-family homes for sale at Wild Dunes Resort can be found in the mid $500k’s, and waterfront property, luxury beach homes, and condos for sale at Wild Dunes can be found in the mid $300k’s. Fractional ownership is also available. Although most of the neighborhood is mostly built out, re-sale lots for sale can be found in the mid $100k’s.
