"The staff and owners are great and always helpful. It is more beautiful than any other place we visited, and there are always many activities and events going on. For example, during the annual owners' meeting there are not only parties, and meals, music and dancing at the common facilities and in owners' homes, but we are treated to a helicopter ride to view the property from the air. It's a most enjoyable time. The marina is world class and visited by many travellers on the ICW who want to experience its beauty, quality, convenience and ambience. The owners give back much to the surrounding communities through many charitable contributions, and have hosted and contributed to many causes. Residents recently helped establish an annex fire station that they man and to which they provide volunteer fire and rescue services. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful that I very much enjoy going there and am proud to be an owner there."
