“IMBIBE: The Cliffs Wine & Food Festival is growing more than ever in its third year,” explained The Cliffs’ Director of Beverage Eric Cooperman. “I wanted to start a yearly tradition that celebrated fine food, local culture, and farm-to-table culinary experiences. In the first year we were really just about getting our feet wet. The second year, after a great member response, we added ten more events and opened the Grand Tasting to the public. Now, in our third year, IMBIBE The Cliffs Wine & Food Festival provides an exceptional ten-day experience for our 6,000 Cliffs members, who live all over the world, ending with our Grand Tasting event which combines all vendors into one event that’s open for the public to enjoy.”
“Fall is one of the best times to enjoy The Cliffs and IMBIBE gives us the chance to showcase our clubs’ 11 sommeliers, 16 chefs, and diverse culinary offerings which are on par with some of the best foodie cities in the country,” explains David Sawyer, President of The Cliffs Clubs.
The Grand Tasting Event is presented by Jaguar Land Rover of Asheville and TOWN Magazine. Find out additional information and purchase tickets at https://thecliffs.ticketleap.com/grand-tasting-2016/.
