This annual home tour reflects the tradition of the Happiest Seaside Town and the magic of the holidays, while giving back to the community. The proceeds of the annual Homes for the Holidays event will be donated to the St. Peter’s catholic School’s Tuition Assistance Fund. Since the beginning of this event, twelve years ago, the fund has increased to approximately $500,000 and helps more than 40% of the school’s families. 

Residents of the Beaufort SC real estate developments can take notes on the extravagant designer holiday decor of the showcased homes. In fact, designers such as Maggie Tucker Designs, Ashley Rhodes Interiors, Carol Waters, Virginia Rhodes and Maggie Engstrom of Sweet Bay will be showing off their signature holiday styles throughout the tour of Beaufort’s Point. Along with the fabulous design decor, the home tour will show attendees the new construction and renovations of these properties, while also pointing out how the community and property owners respected the historical aspects of the homes. Tickets are available at the local Beaufort businesses like Sweet Bay and Laura Tucker Design. 

While attendees can spend two afternoons touring these one-hundred year-old homes, they can also dedicate some time researching the local neighborhoods and inquire about the beautiful Coosaw Point homes.
