Spice up your second home life by accessing the global luxury home exchange club 3RD HOME. As with most new toys, when the newness wears off, some will wonder if purchasing a second home was a smart long term choice, especially if you love to travel and get bored easily. It seems like such a waste to leave your second home empty when you're not there. 3RD HOME opens a gateway, providing access to luxury home swaps around the world by depositing weekly usage of your second home into the club. If your home qualifies, you'd be eligible to receive equal weekly usage of similar type second homes. For example, when you deposit the first week of December into the club, you would have access to a similar type home in Hawaii in the spring, based on that type of club home being available at that time of the year. What type of homes are eligible to participate in the club? Club homes are defined as second homes valued at more than $750,000 in desirable destinations around the world. The average home values in the club are $2.25 million, many of the homes extraordinary. Primary residences are not eligible. For each exchange, 3RD HOME charges of $495 transaction fee for providing personalized service connecting the two luxury second home owner’s together assisting with travel plans. 3RD HOME makes the ultimate decision determining if your home swap qualifies to participate in the club. Hosting Members are responsible to have the home cleaned and ready before the exchanging Guest Member arrives which is the only additional cost. As you learn more about 3RD HOME, you'll find club members express geniune warm hospitality to Guest Members, many ultimately becoming friends.

The club launched in the beginning of 2010 and is growing quickly.
