Palma Real Villas consisting of Jardines de Palma Real and Lagos de Palma Real are gated communities within a close walk to two of the beaches.  Many of these Spanish Colonial villas offer lake views, tropical gardens, and private swimming pools with BBQ areas.  These 2 and 3 bedroom villas of 3,100 to 3,900+ square feet of open floor plans, are priced from the upper $300k's to the upper $600k's.
