Villas Playa Samara

Villas Playa Samara is one of the few Guanacaste beachfront gated communities in the fun beach town of Samara. Its Mediterrean style blends beautiful with the lush tropical palm trees and blue green sea. Built in 1992, the resort has 59 villas ranging from one to three bedrooms.

Folks can choose beachfront luxury homes Costa Rica or small bungalows in one of the cheapest countries to live. Amenities include a 24 hour manned gated entrance, a resort-style swimming pool, international cuisine restaurant and bar.

Villas owners have the option of adding their villa to the community's rental program. The program has an HOA Pool-In and Pool-Out option. With the Pool-In option, the villa owner pays a monthly $275 HOA fee which includes all electricity, water, landscaping, annual taxes, exterior maintenance, free parking, security, trash removal, and access to all of the resorts amenities including a resort-style pool, restaurant, and bar. The owner is allowed full access to the unit annually. With the Pool-Out option, the owner pays zero HOA fees, however, only has limited access to the unit (1 month annually). The other 11 months the resort has full access to the unit with all rental income proceeds going to the resort. 

One bedroom units are 600 square feet with a breakfast bar and a kitchen. Two bedroom units have 1,300 square feet and three bedroom units have 1,500 square feet. The Guanacaste gated community offers privacy and is a popular vacation rental neighborhood to find luxury homes Costa Rica. Prices begin just over $100k.
