The 9,000 square foot Cypress Landing Yacht Clubhouse offers soothing views overlooking the water, upstream from the Pamlico Sound. The 221 boat slips can accommodate boats up to 42 feet. Boat slips can be purchased through a 99 year lease. Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center and bar. Cypress Landing Golf Club is the community's 18 hole championship golf course designed by William R. Love. The golf course is semi-private and property owners are not required to join the club.
