"BE VERY CAREFUL if you are looking at Westhaven. The HOA and community rules are "slippery". There is a great deal of polish and shine to the area but it's all PR to promote the community. If you have issues, forget reasonable discussion or even being able to speak with "decision makers". You will not get the truth and in the end, it will be done the "Westhaven way" regardless of what you have been told. As soon as the market opens, we will be selling and leaving. "

"I've lived in Westhaven for many years. The grounds are gorgeous and the schools are phenomenol. However if you Live near people with lots of screaming kids who don't care how long they scream you are in a lot of trouble. Some people are thoughtless and the close proximity of neighbors all depends on your neighbor. If you live next to selfish people it will not be a good experience. That is hard to determine when you are buying a home. "
