Cypress Landing on Chocowinity Bay is a charming boating and award-winning golf neighborhood that began development in the mid-1990s upstream from Goose Creek State Park and off the Pamlico Sound.  One of the few North Carolina coastal communities with a deepwater marina, Cypress Landing’s 900 acres have approximately 640 quality, custom-built Lowcountry and traditional American brick style homes built on the 711 property sites. Winding roads lead to welcoming cul-de-sacs lined with mature trees, gorgeous landscaping and lakes accented with fountains for year-round curb appeal. The 9,000 square foot Cypress Landing Bay Club is a hub for activities, with a bar, outdoor patio, and event ballroom featuring a breathtaking view of the marina and Chocowinity Bay on the Pamlico River.

"We have a very caring community. Our residents help each other in times of sickness, and weather related problems; we're a community of volunteers both in our community and outside in neighboring communities.
